In industries like steel processing and metallurgy, ESP operating temperatures often exceed 400°C or suffer from rapid thermal shocks (e.g. sudden spikes from 300°C to 450°C). Standard quartz porcelain insulators are not designed for these extremes and could eventually crack, causing downtime.

The Solution: We offer ESP insulators made from C795 High Alumina ceramic. Our proved material A95 (95% Al₂O₃) is engineered to withstand extreme operating conditions and eliminate recurring insulator cracking where standard ceramics fail.
